Eligible Items

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from damage
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
How to Return

Step 1: Initiate Return

Log into your account and go to "My Orders" to initiate a return. Select the items you wish to return and choose your reason for return.

Step 2: Print Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it out and attach it to your package. No need to pay for return shipping!

Step 3: Pack and Ship

Pack your items in the original packaging (if available) or a suitable box. Drop off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when complete.

Refunds & Processing

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund Amount

You'll receive a full refund for the item price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Processing

Exchanges are processed as soon as we receive your returned item and the replacement is in stock. You'll receive tracking information for your exchange shipment.
